Trust - here it lies deep.
My experience
My work as a licensed therapist in Private Practice has provided me a wealth of knowledge and experience providing understanding and insight into the way we work as human beings. I have been studying relationships for 20 years. The relationship you have with yourself, and improving your awareness of what really makes you think and behave certain ways is invaluable as a business skill. However, awareness is not enough.
Work with me
It all begins by taking the first step. However, awareness is not enough. I offer sage wisdom into crafting a purposeful growth trajectory, not only for the bottom line for your business, as well as for yourself and your own relationships with your team. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story can make all the difference.
Top mental fitness
Whether or not you feel stuck, coaching can clarify how your values intersect with your organizational culture. We will explore together the questions which will lead to clarification how to get you to your top level. Personally we will examine the ways to improve your mental fitness so that you stop getting stuck in the same areas.
We explore those things which need more development. You will do this with someone who has both training in psychology and a vast amount of experience with leaders and the issues they struggle with. In our discussions you enter a no judgment zone. Without open, honest and real exploration and communication, we cannot figure out the nuances of your struggles and your greatest aspirations for you or your organization.
I have vast training in Group Process, Change Management, and a background in Psychology, Human Development Neuroscience and Mindfulness.
