Create clarity
I help you learn ways to tap into methods that are proven to work at gaining clarity on an issue you may be struggling with. We often get hijacked by our emotions, and lose clarity in the moment. We will charter ways/how to command our brains to take action on skills and techniques that help maintain calm. You are an anchor in your organization and garner great influence. Better self command of your emotional (EQ) intelligence promotes inspirational, resonant leadership.

I am also trained in Positive Intelligence. “Mental fitness is a measure of the strength of your positive mental muscles (Sage) versus the negative muscles (Saboteur). The measure of your Mental Fitness is called PQ (Positive Intelligence Quotient). Research with 500,000 participants has shown PQ to be the best predictor of how happy you are and how well you perform relative to your potential.”, Stanford MBA Professor, Shirzad Chamine at www.PositiveIntelligence.com If you would like to learn more about strengthening you PQ we can talk about this in your 30 minute consultation with me.
Why is mental fitness important?
This translates into mental and emotional currency that money can’t buy. Having greater control over your mental emotional intelligence helps create a level of confidence that emanates from within, and creates meaningful success. Learning emotional self-control takes practice but it also takes a pinch of vulnerability to share your experiences where you struggle. There may be power in those aspects and opportunities, and with exploring the things that make you uncomfortable, ultimately takes its power away. One of my goals is to make you “more comfortable with the uncomfortable”. It is in that place where the real growth lies.
